The tours are about 1.5 to 2 hours long.

All tours are $20 general admission, unless noted.

Yes, tipping is appropriate and appreciated in the tour industry.

Do I need reservations?
Reservations are only required for the Lower East Side, East Village and Jewish Mob tours.

How do I pay?
You can pay your guide in cash for all of our tours. Advance sales are offered for the Lower East Side and East Village tours only.

Do you accept credit cards?
Only for the Lower East Side and East Village tours, if you order advance tickets online.

Do you provide private tours?
Yes. Private, corporate, and academic tours are available upon request. We can tailor a tour, with enough notice, to accommodate any party's interest. Click here for more info.

Are tours canceled due to weather ?
Yes. Tours are canceled in the case of heavy rain, snow, or extreme heat and cold advisories. The best way to find out if a tour is canceled on a particular day is to check this website or call 347-465-7767 on the day of the tour.

Do you offer discounts?
We discount large groups, please contact us with the size of your group for a quote.

How should I dress?
We suggest you dress very casually. Dress in layers, and wear comfortable shoes.

May I take pictures or video and ask questions?
Of course! We encourage questions and interaction from the group.

Do I need to prepare for anything in advance?
While we do not officially stop for refreshments, there will be plenty of opportunities to grab a beverage or snack along the way. Feel free to bring a packed lunch, water, coffee or snack. Restrooms are also readily available.
